MEET THE NETWORK
Drivhuset mitt, is the cabin dream of any norwegian, surrounded by lush greenery and meeting the blue coastline. Anita the owner, is an urban farmer and hobby chef, she grows organic food. Her inspiration is taken from her childhood where tomato growing and a kitchen garden were part of everyday life.
To cook good food, to experiment, to sit at a long table in the cabin with a fire in the kitchen, and the light on in the greenhouse outside, gives peace of mind. In the large wood-fired oven, both bread and pizza are baked here. Growing your own vegetables is about life, about joy, about pleasure.
