On the slopes of the Torridalen valley, minutes from Kristiansand, you can visit a real orchard farmer and his family. They will share all the secretes about apple farming by the banks of the Otra River, and you may help pick apples, raspberries, or rhubarb to make juices and jams, which you later get to taste with freshly made waffles

Toward the town of Grimstad we`ll take you to the world renown craft brewery Nøgne Ø. Norway’s leading and largest supplier of craft beers, exporting its excellent produce to 40 countries. See the historic power station, now housing the barrel cellar, as well as the modern new building next door where the actual brewery is located. You will be guided through the brewing process in an authentic production setting and on the way sample a wide range of unique and flavourful ales.

Kristiansand Museum
A guided sightseeing from Kristiansand city centre takes you to the open-air museum, to see the nearly 40 houses displaced from Kristiansand and get a feel of life back in 1580 at the authentic farmyard buildings relocated from the region of Setesdal. Walk around Minibyen exhibition, a miniature replica of the city in the early 1900s and enjoy waffles with Norwegian brown cheese, mountain sour cream and jam.
